Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5β8 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package on the carrier's website.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at support@woosline.shop. Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. If the package is returned to us, we'll arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@woosline.shop with your order number. We'll send you a free return shipping label and instructions.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes β we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom/personalized products, or personal care items.
How do exchanges work?
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
My item arrived damaged β what do I do?
Contact us immediately at support@woosline.shop with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@woosline.shop. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
